A Deeply intentional way to practice on New Year's Day....

The vibration of Medicine Buddha Mantra is powerfully soothing and healing, both physically and psychically. In this Medicine Buddha Mantra “Soak”, you will be gently guided through a series of restorative yoga asana (poses held for 3 to 5 minutes or more while luxuriously supported by props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets etc). You may choose to lie silently, soaking in the vibration of live Medicine Buddha Mantra chanting with harmonium. Or you may choose to chant the Mantra along with the group, exploring your relationship with the rich, potent sound and how it vibrates your soul...

You may choose to dedicate the mantra to those you love or hold the vision of the entire world in your Heart as the rich medicine of matrika shakti (energy of spiritual sound vibration) travels far beyond your being....

5 Days of Durga Mantra Online with Guest Instructor, Dhanya Smith

Monday through Friday: 10 am to 11 am Central Time via Zoom (Attend Live or Request Recordings)

Durga, fiercely protective Hindu Goddess, protects of all that is good and harmonious in the world and battles the forces of evil. We call on her for strength, clarity and protection. In this time of political and worldly unrest, calling on Durga is an especially productive way to work energetically to find balance and harmony within while raising the vibration of collective energy as well.

This 5-day mantra series falls during the Hindu festival of Navaratri (which begins October 17th), a 9-day festival in honor of the Goddess. Honoring Durga with intention and offering her blessings from the Heart during this time is especially auspicious.

Mantra means "mind protector". Chanting a mantra stills the thought waves of the mind and shifts our focus to the benefits of sacred sound. By chanting Durga mantra and inviting her into our Hearts, we begin to cultivate a deep connection with Durga and all that she represents.

Join Special Guest instructor, Dhanya Smith for 5 days of Durga mantra. Learn more about Goddess Durga and how to harmonize with her energy every day. Each day will include a brief introductory talk, 30 minutes of Durga mantra and time for discussion and questions.

$25 for the series (just $5 a day!)
