In this Medicine Buddha Mantra “Soak”, you will be gently guided through a series of restorative yoga asana (poses held for 3 to 5 minutes or more while luxuriously supported by props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets etc). You may choose to lie silently, soaking in the vibration of live Medicine Buddha Mantra chanting with harmonium. Or you may choose to chant the Mantra along with the group, exploring your relationship with the rich, potent sound and how it vibrates your soul...
