Above all, please respect the studio as a sacred space. This is both for your benefit and the benefit of others.
How to Prepare for Your Yoga Class
  • Be early to class.
  • If you have a health issue (pregnancy, illness, injury or medical condition), please notify your instructor before class. Not every pose is appropriate for everyone.
  • We are a hands on studio, if you prefer not to be adjusted physically please let your teacher know before class.
  • Please stay for the entire class.
  • Come to practice with an empty stomach (unless a specific condition prevents this).
  • Try letting go of the competitive mindset. Yoga is noncompetitive. Yoga is not just a workout, or techniques for relaxation. The purpose of Yoga is to calm the mind, open the heart and stimulate your spiritual evolution.
  • Attend your correct class level to ensure your comfort and that of the other students.
  • Teens ages 14 and up are always welcome in any of our Yoga classes.
  • No cell phones are permitted anywhere in the studio space.
Finally, most classes finish with the gesture and saying “Namaste”. This means: I honor the place in you which is of love, of truth, of light and of peace. When you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, we are one. Namaste!

Please arrive early, the office opens 15 minutes before each class. Classes begin on time. Once the class has begun the doors are locked for security purposes.


Unless otherwise indicated, class size is limited to 14 participants. We value and support each student.
